• Two-bedroom: 4 guests + 4 visitors

• Holland Hotel: 8 guests + 4 visitors

• Visitors are not allowed after 11 PM

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within our properties. This policy extends to all indoor areas, including individual rooms and common spaces.

We have a no-pet policy in place. Please refrain from bringing pets into our accommodations.

To maintain a safe and orderly environment, bicycles and motorized vehicles are not permitted within our buildings.

Please note that our hotels have firm guidelines concerning parties, noise levels, and maximum occupancy. Failure to comply with these policies may lead to a complete or partial deduction of your deposit.

For 5 or more people, the Holland Hotel is the only location that can host a group that large. The Holland Hotel allows for 8 overnight guests and 4 additional visitors until 11 PM. The maximum occupancy of the David Hotel is 2 overnight guests and 2 visitors allowed until 11 PM. The maximum occupancy of the Pierce Hotel is 2 overnight guests and 2 visitors allowed until 11 PM. The maximum occupancy of the Holland Hotel is 8 overnight guests and 4 visitors allowed until 11 PM. The maximum occupancy of the Milton Parc Hotel is 2 overnight guests and 2 visitors allowed until 11 PM in the one-bedroom units, and 4 overnight guests and 4 visitors allowed until 11 PM for two-bedroom units. The maximum occupancy of the Les Lofts du Centre is 2 overnight guests and 2 visitors allowed until 11 PM in the one-bedroom units, and 4 overnight guests and 4 visitors allowed until 11 PM for two-bedroom units. We do accept babies, infants, and children at our hotels, you can even request a Pack-n-Play crib through your Boarding Pass. Infants do not count towards the maximum occupancy of the room. Our pet policy for all hotels is that we do not accept animals in our hotels. Dogs, cats, birds, and other pets are not accepted at any Simplissimmo hotels.
