Keep in mind that we offer complimentary amenities such as coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine pods, tea, and utensils already available in your unit upon arrival.

If you wish to request upgrades, such as early check-in, late check-out, mid-stay cleaning, or additional supplies like coffee pods, it's all conveniently managed through your Boarding Pass via the “Upgrades” section.

No, but if you would like a refill on any of the provided amenities, simply request it through the "Upgrades" section of your boarding pass.

The same goes for a mid-stay cleaning. Request a tidy-up through your boarding pass, and our cleaning team would be happy to refresh your room.

The mandatory one-time cleaning fee is included in your booking price, the prices before tax are as follows:

• All lofts at the David Hotel & 2-bedroom units at all other hotels: $80 CAD

• All units at the Pierce Hotel & 1-bedroom units at all other hotels: $65 CAD

• Lofts at the Holland Hotel: $250 CAD

If you are a guest booked at the David Hotel, there will be a section on your Boarding Pass called "WHERE CAN I FIND… ?” under the “Guides” Menu.
Feel free to reference this section to find the location of amenities such as cooking utensils, laundry pods, the kettle, extra sheets, and more.

At the David Hotel, we have an array of branded items available for you to take home. While items like the tote bag and slippers are free for guests to take home, you can purchase extras if you desire. The following items can be purchased through the "Upgrades" section of your boarding pass.

Each loft at the David Hotel comes equipped with a branded David Hotel umbrella. Although these are free for you to use, kindly make sure to leave them in your room upon check-out. If you would like a David Hotel umbrella to take home, they're available for purchase through your boarding pass.

While we are happy to provide certain upgrades and services, as well as refills on complimentary amenities, please note that we do not offer room service in the form of in-room dining or alcohol, nor do we have restaurants in any of our hotels.
